Sra. Dempsey

¡Bienvenidos! My name is Kristi Dempsey, and I am thrilled to be teaching Spanish
here at Ranch View Middle School! I feel so fortunate to be a part of this amazing Pack.

Originally from the Midwest, I grew up in Michigan and Illinois. I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Spanish and Education from Purdue University, during which I had the wonderful opportunity to study abroad in both Spain and Mexico. After college, I spent over a year traveling the world before settling in Colorado.
Driven by a passion for lifelong learning, I continued my education by earning two Master's degrees: one in Curriculum and Instruction, and another in Leadership and Administration.

My family and I have called Highlands Ranch home for over 30 years. My husband, Craig, is from Durban, South Africa, and our family was fortunate to visit there recently. Our son, Brody, works as a chemist for Labcorp, and our daughter, Nola, is a junior studying biology at Grand Valley State University in Michigan.

Outside the classroom, I love hiking, traveling, going to concerts, and writing.
