Breakfast foods:   muffins, pancakes, waffles, Eggs, BACON!

Snacks:   Both healthy and just plain tasty!

Lunch/Dinner:   sandwiches, paninis, Mac and Cheese, healthy chicken nuggets


Financial Literacy:  Budgeting, planning for the future (retirement, insurance)

Sewing:  How to mend, sewing on a button
