Incoming Students

• Please fill out this Google form if you are interested in scheduling a school tour.  A representative from the school will reach out via email the day before in order to confirm your tour.
• Due to the high number of requests, school tours are offered on pre-scheduled dates and times in a group format. Tours generally last about an hour and provide a great opportunity to see our campus and learn more about our programs.

• Join us for a Coffee Talk: Coffee Talks are Q&A sessions with our administrators and counselors.
  • Monday, October 27th, 10-11am in the RVMS Commons
  • Tuesday, November 4th, 9-10am in the RVMS Commons
  • Tuesday, November 11th, 4-5pm in the RVMS Commons
  • Thursday, February 5th, 4-5pm in the RVMS Commons

• This two-hour event offers an inside look at Ranch View for families considering RVMS for their rising middle schooler(s). Students and parents will have the chance to explore our various departments and elective classes, meet our teachers, and engage in hands-on activities for an immersive experience. 
  • Current 5th Graders:  Thursday, January 15th 5-7pm
  • Current 6th Graders:  Thursday, January 22nd, 5-7pm

• In December each year, Ranch View Middle School counselors and administrators visit our feeder elementary schools to welcome our rising middle school students to the Wolf Pack. Our counselors and administrative team share information about classes, course registration, and Ranch View overall. 
• Our feeder elementary schools include Coyote Creek Elementary, Eldorado Elementary, Roxborough Intermediate, Saddle Ranch Elementary, Stone Mountain Elementary, and Trailblazer Elementary.

Ranch View Middle School offers a 3-day orientation event specifically tailored to our rising middle schoolers called Peek at the Pack. Peek at the Pack is typically in late July with a morning and afternoon session. Please sign up if you are interested in having your student attend this optional event. Registration is required and can be completed through MySchoolBucks.  For more information, please review the flyers below.

• 7th Grade Peek at the Pack: July 27, 28, & 29, 2026

• If you do not live in the Ranch View feeder area, your student may still join our school for the upcoming school year through the open enrollment process.  
• If your student has open enrolled to one of our feeder elementary schools and does not live in the Ranch View/ThunderRidge feeder area, you will need to request open enrollment in order for your student to attend Ranch View Middle School. Elementary students are automatically enrolled in the middle school assigned to their primary address, not the elementary feeder middle school. 
• Open Enrollment offers will be emailed to parents/guardians.  Offers of enrollment are not guaranteed and are based on space available.
